A little history would be helpful. Assuming the AFM is calibrated, then you may have gas flow problem. Did you measure fuel pressure?

have you checked your fuel filter? if your fuel pump is in excellent operating condition? checked for any vacuum leaks?

download the fsm & go through the tests. much more effective than throwing a new part without proper diagnosis.

Dirty fuel, clogged injectors, fuel filter? Bad injector connectors, dirty electrical connections on the injectors or the AFM. Torn AFM boot, Vacume hoses, distributor, plug wires, coil, you check all that stuff?
