the disk, the pads semi metallic type, all stainless steel lines, the brake pump, all calipers rebuilt from Nissan Oem, booster was rebuilt , they are all 5 years olds

,i tested and check for leaks, no leaks, the brake pump the brake fluid levels are at max the same for 5 years.

the brake pedal is hard to push the stopping is not normal it takes too much pedal pressure to stop and i can not lock brakes if i need it in case i need it, even if
i press the pedal extra hard.

i did bleed correctly, 3 times last few years nothing have change stays the same.

i see two Brake Proportional Valve someone told me they need it to be open
and clean n alcohol and to use a air hose to clean my four brake lines,
then i should worry about the booster.

how will i know is it the dirty clogged proportional valves, the brake pump, the booster...?

i have to check the disk and pads, all four disk i believed they look like a shine crystal, like they have no wear on them and pads are almost new, i let you know by tonight,

What kind of problems are you having? A hard brake pedal means your booster is not working properly, either you have no vacuum to the booster, your motor dosen't produce enough vacuum or you have broken vacuum lines somewhere or the booster is bad.

Re: brake booster advised updated

my problem is that the brake pedal is hard to press and the braking is hard to do,

is there is a test to make sure is the booster?

,will the check valve be in the reverse position?

let me check the check valve position, the chk valve is new he ,, E-> arrow is pointing to the maniflod side

one way to test your booster find a long hill. turn off engine at the top and start to coast down. Try the brakes as you go down. If they get progressively harder and harder to get any action then probably the booster is working. If they are very hard turn engine back on and see if the brake action is easier.

Have you checked to make sure the vacuum line going to the booster is good and not leaking? Do not go down a hill with the motor off. Roger, are you nuts or something? Perizzi, you will need to do a vacuum test on the booster to see if it is good. That is the only real way to test it. The booster needs at least 16-18 in
of vacuum to work properly. You will probablly need to go to a brake shop or a shop that can vacuum test the booster. I run a brake shop and we rebuild boosters in house. Where are you located?

A hard brake pedal could also mean a frozen caliper.

i did the hill test, the pedal did not get progressively harder as i went down
the hill with the car off, so the booster looks bad?

other test i should do?

and how to verified calipers?

, i will go to a brake shop to check for vacuum pressure

Just get hold of a 'mighty vac' tool. Pull the hose off the check valve that feeds the booster. Put the 'mighty vac' tool on the hose end to the bosster and pull a vacuum. If it doesn't pull one or hold one the booster is crap. I've seen (and experienced) the check valve installed backwards too. Pull it out of the hose and blow through it both ways. It should only flow air in one direction. That flow should be from the booster to the intake.
