I'd say it's a joke. It's a '92-'93 Civic, like the one I had. It was complete and utter garbage from the factory, and he made it uglier.
It runs a 9 second 0-10. If the transmission doesn't blow, or the wiring nightmare doesn't catch fire. 0-60 can be reached in a couple of weeks. If the transmission holds.

Well, it's hideous to say the least, but I've ridden in 'rice rockets' like that. It's attainable (not 750hp, unless it's for 2 seconds while the NOS burns a hole in number 2 piston) to get 9's from a 200 dollar car with 30 thousand dollars worth of bodywork, paint, engine, electrical, wheels, suspension, tickets, etc. My question is what fool would take a total pos honda and spend that much money on it? Why not just buy a freakin Maserati or something? Why not buy a brand new 350z? Or better yet, a fully restored 240z?
I did, however, chip a car for someone.. I can't even remember what it was now.. an Acura Integra? Anyway, it had the 5900 rpm chip in it (limiter).. he bought the illegal chip online and brought it to my computer store.. we soldered it in with the couple resistors it came with... pretty easy, actually. He reinstalled the computer and fired it up, and pretty much tested the headgasket integrity there in our parking lot. It got more than 7500 rpms and didn't float the valves. I was impressed. I heard he took it to the track and turned high 8's after that.
Hmmmm OK 750hp & no mention of suspension or drivetrain mods. Can you say "destined to kill the driver & who else that might be in way".
