IP Logged?

Lately I've seen a few posts that say IP Logged next to some of the ID's, not all though. Is this new? Need I be concerned?

Is this another one of those questions with the "Check the FSM" answer?

Nothing to worry about. Just making adjustments to the system.

FYI, IP's are always logged for every user on each post.
