I was looking at new intake manifold setups, and I came across the Frontier/Xterra supercharger. I have read it is a direct bolt on other than the intake. It would be a lot easier than an NA/T swap.
I was wondering if I could use turbo injectors and ECU, and only run ~7psi, which is the stock '84 boost pressure.
Although I don't think it's going to be all that much easier. You'd have to cut a hole in your hood as the supercharger won't fit under the stock hood.
I knew I would have to do that, I figured it wouldn't look bad at all with the theme of the car. I am shooting for a weekend driver/drift car hence the supercharger. Would NisTune be better?
Unless you're upgrading the injectors, there wouldn't be any point. Turbo ECU for turbo injectors.
